SULLIVAN COUNTY, NY — Sullivan County Legislature held a public hearing on Thursday, December 5 to pass a local law to enter into a ten-year agreement with Archtop Fiber for broadband. The expansion of high-speed broadband internet service has been set in motion by a nearly $30 million grant from the ConnectALL Municipal Infrastructure Grant Program to expand broadband infrastructure throughout New York State.
