Hudson Valley Wireless (HVW) partnered with Cooperative Extension (CCE) to administer a Digital Literacy Program. Under the Connect NY Broadband grant in partnership with Rensselaer County, Hudson Valley Wireless funded a program to create educational programs and digital content.
